Outdoor Drinking Area - Beer Garden (a) The permitted use of the area is restricted to 9pm each evening for the consumption of alcohol. (b) In relation to noise control and in pursuance of the licensing objective of preventing public nuisance generally, the Licensing Board will not permit amplified sound or music to be played within, or relayed to, outdoor drinking areas, nor permit live music to be played within those areas. (c) The area should be suitably monitored at all times to ensure that the use of the area by patrons does not have an adverse impact on the locality, particularly neighbouring properties. (d) All bottles and glasses must be cleared from the tables at frequent intervals throughout the day. The beer garden must be totally cleared of all bottles and glasses by 9pm. Funerals 1. If requested to cater for an early morning funeral, alcohol may be available from 10.00am, subject to prior notification being given to the Board and the relevant permission being obtained.

Junior golfers will be permitted to enter the premises before and after their golf match. Other children and young persons aged between 5yrs and 17yrs will be allowed within the lounge area within the premises as spectators or to attend a private function, however, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult. They will be permitted to remain on the premises during normal opening hours and if attending a function will be allowed to remain until the end of the function.

Junior members before and after their golf match. Other children and young persons 5 - 17 years will allowed to remain until the end of the function.

Allowed in all areas of the premises apart from the bar.
